Good to see this research article ! this corroborates with something we have been believing at Mint all the time.

Even though we did not expect this result, Facebook, in our experience, did not drive the expected traffic to the jobs sections we ran. Instead we had more traffic coming in from LinkedIn and twitter.

During the past few years I have seen various interactions between the jobseeker and the employer. Some of them are brilliant, while others are thought provoking and definitely I have a bunch of those which are  hilarious. The job seeker’s side have a lot of catching up to do in terms of how to apply for a job; there are a variety of them in my ‘just for laughs’ folder.
